Important Information on Domains:

To ease the process of registering and hosting domains the domains are registered by Wealden Business on your behalf, you will be invoiced annually for hosting based on the above charges.

Transfer of Domains;
You may transfer your domains at any time to another provider, subject to a nominal transfer charge currently at £40.00 per domain and any transfer cost raised by the new hosting company. You will incur registration fees should the transfer take place within 60 days of the domain renewal date. This is standard practice by all hosting companies.

Transfer can only take place on payment of any outstanding invoices to Wealden Business Network along with the above transfer charges.

Payment of invoices from Wealden Business.
Payment for domains & hosting falls annually 30 days prior to date of registration. Payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice. You will be reminded by email 30 days after the date of the invoice.

If payment is not received within 14 days from that date your domain will be suspended along with all domains attached to it.

If invoice payment is not made at a time when the domain comes up for renewal, or the invoices remain unpaid for longer than 60 days Wealden Business reserve the right to release the domain or domains back to the registry system at the time of the next renewal date or before.

It is in your interest to ensure we receive payments for hosting your domain ~ failure to do so could result in the permanent loss and/or extra cost to retrieve the domain name, a process which may take a long time to process if allowed to lapse.
